Baird BOS Serves as Financial Advisor to Digestive Health Specialists, P.A. in Sale to One GI

Baird’s Business Owner Solutions (BOS) group is pleased to announce that it advised Digestive Health Specialists, P.A. (DHS), the largest independent gastroenterology practice in Tupelo, Mississippi, on its sale to One GI, a portfolio company of Webster Equity Partners. DHS’ partnership with One GI provides them with a strong foundation to continue to extend their outreach throughout the Midwest & Southeast U.S.
Baird BOS began advising DHS when the company was already in advanced discussions with One GI regarding a potential sale. The BOS team provided guidance on pricing and terms relative to current market conditions, as well as information about other potential partners in the space. With BOS’ advice, DHS selected One GI as its preferred partner and finalized a strong agreement between both firms.
One GI is a gastroenterology management services organization that partners with GI physicians to help them manage, optimize, and grow their practices. One GI provides critical business services to physicians so they can focus on what they do best: providing excellent care to patients.
