Baird ranks No. 56 on the 2020 List from Great Place to Work

Baird is honored to be one of the 2020 Best Workplaces for Parents, a list compiled by Great Place to Work based on employee feedback from Great Place to Work-Certified organizations. Baird ranked No. 56 out of 100 companies on the list.

The Best Workplaces for Parents ranking considered feedback from over 4.8 million employees, both parents and non-parents, working at Great Place to Work-Certified organizations. To be considered, companies had to have at least 50 responses from parents. Companies were also required to respond to a supplemental survey concerning conception-related benefits and how they are supporting working parents during the pandemic. Eighty-five percent of the evaluation is based on what parents say about their experiences of trust and reaching their full human potential at work, no matter who they are or what they do. The remaining 15% of the evaluation was based on how parenting status influenced other aspects of employees’ work experience, including the extent to which companies lived up to their values, people’s opportunities to innovate and the effectiveness of company leaders. The evaluation also considered each company’s parental leave, adoption, flexible schedule, childcare and dependent health care benefits.
