Baird Adds East to Phoenix Wealth Management Office

PHOENIX – Oct. 22, 2020 –Baird, an employee-owned, international wealth management, asset management, investment banking/capital markets and private equity firm, today announced that it has added Brad East as Managing Director and Financial Advisor to its Phoenix, Ariz., Wealth Management team. Senior Client Specialist Michelle Kuhlman joins East at the firm.

East comes to Baird from Moors & Cabot with nearly 30 years of experience and a client roster that includes $250 million in assets under management. He earned a bachelor's degree in Finance and Economics from the University of Arizona.

East is heavily involved in his local community, where he previously served on the Executive Council of the Boys and Girls Clubs of Metro Phoenix. Since 2017, East has served as Chairman for the PGA Tour Champions Charles Schwab Cup Championship. He is also currently serving on the Board of Directors of the University of Arizona Alumni Association. East is a proud coach for his daughter's athletic teams and is an advocate and supporter of the Girl Scouts of America.
