Lindemann Discusses M&A Outlook with Bloomberg Radio

In a recent interview with Bloomberg Radio, Baird Managing Director and Investment Banker Mike Lindemann shared his perspective on deal counts to-date, and how the economy, trade war and tariffs are impacting M&A activity. Lindemann explains:

“[2019] has been a year-to-date that has been driven by lower deal counts and larger volumes,” said Lindemann. “You do have some uncertainty around trade and tariffs, and you do have some uncertainty around the economy."
