A Message From Our Chairman & CEO

To me, diversity is one of our greatest strengths as a firm. It is important to create the space to share and celebrate the different perspectives and backgrounds that enable us to provide the best advice and service to our clients and to be the best for each other. At our recent Multicultural Community Conference, more than 350 associates from 51 Baird offices across the U.S. and overseas came together in Atlanta to celebrate the contributions of our associates of color. It was a moving, powerful event, and one we look forward to hosting again in the future. Learn more about this unique event.
