Signify Health, Inc. (“Signify” or the “Company”) (NYSE: SGFY), a portfolio company of New Mountain Capital, LLC (“New Mountain”), recently completed an initial public offering of 27,025,000 shares of its Class A common stock at $24.00 per share, generating gross proceeds of approximately $649 million, which included the exercise in full by the underwriters of their option to purchase 3,525,000 additional shares of Class A common stock on the same terms and conditions. The transaction is subject to various regulatory approvals and customary closing conditions.
