Spencer Peka, Senior Vice President

Spencer Peka joined Baird in 2020 as a quantitative analyst in our Minneapolis/St. Paul public finance office. He is responsible for the quantitative analysis of upper Midwest bond issues, primarily focused on Minnesota, and nationally on charter school financings, including cash flow analysis, financial modeling, and document preparation. Spencer brings six years of previous public finance experience as a verification agent at Grant Thornton LLP where he verified roughly 1,500 refunding transactions. Spencer graduated from the University of St. Thomas – St. Paul, MN with a Bachelor of Arts in Accounting.
