​Prior to joining Baird’s Public Finance Group in 2021, Peter spent over 10 years in commercial real estate as both a broker and manager.  In his current role, he provides investment banking services and support on financings for charter schools across the nation. He has assisted over 25 charter schools with their facility financing needs. His background in real estate has proven valuable when discussing certain real estate issues that can commonly arise. A Denver native, Peter earned a finance degree from the University of Arizona in Tucson.
