Marisol Warneke, Senior Vice President

Marisol began her investment banking career in 2002 and joined Baird in 2017.  She is the lead support banker for the San Antonio team and provides analytical and marketing support for the Texas public finance group.  Marisol is an integral part of the team as she has provided technical support for complex transactions that include variable rate demand obligations and structured advanced refunding’s. She has participated in underwritings for El Paso ISD, City of El Paso, El Paso PSB, Camino Real RMA, Socorro ISD and Clint ISD. Marisol received her Bachelor of Business Administration from the University of Texas at San Antonio.  She is licensed through the Financial Industry Regulatory Authority (FINRA) as a General Securities Representative (Series 7), Municipal Advisor Representative (Series 50), and holds her Uniform Combined (Series 66).
