Adam joins Baird with more than 16 years serving in Wisconsin’s public and private sectors. After spending several years as a workforce management and then financial analyst in Green Bay, he became the Assistant to the Administrator for the Village of Hobart in 2016 and then Village Administrator and Treasurer for the Village of Marshall in 2017. Adam more recently served as the Platteville City Manager, where he implemented a five-year capital improvement planning process, developed a long-range staffing plan and advanced the city’s TIF districts and economic development strategies. He also recruited an additional broadband provider for the city, fostered public–private partnerships that resulted in an inclusive playground and an eight-court pickleball complex and developed a number of community promotional initiatives, including the Platteville Pickaxe and Living Local and Loving It video series and the return of Taste of Platteville.

Born and raised in Green Bay, Wisconsin, Adam earned bachelor’s degrees in political science and public administration from the University of Wisconsin–Green Bay and in accounting from Rasmussen University. In his spare time, he enjoys spending time with his family and attending Packer games with his dad.
