James joined Baird in 2021 and has served Michigan municipal issuers as a municipal advisor, underwriter, and placement agent. James works with various cities, counties, universities, school districts, and State of Michigan authorities to meet their short-term working capital or long-term structured financing needs.  James received his Bachelor of Arts in Finance from Michigan State University.
