Brian Kelso, Managing Director

Brian has been in the public finance investment banking industry for over 15 years and has prior experience serving local governments as an Investment Advisor for operating funds and bond proceeds. He has served as investment banker for numerous charter schools, municipalities, utilities, school districts and state agencies. During his career, Brian has served as lead banker on over 260 financings for an aggregate par amount of over $12.6 billion. He has in-depth experience assessing financing needs for his clients and implementing capital markets transactions. Brian received his bachelor’s degree in Business Administration from Colorado State University with concentrations in finance and information systems.
