Steve joined Baird in 2016 and has advised on M&A, corporate finance, and public and private financing transactions across the broader healthcare landscape with a focus on healthcare technology and tech-enabled services. Prior to joining Baird, Steve was a member of the M&A team at Angle Advisors.  

Steve received a bachelor’s degree in finance and accounting from Grand Valley State University.
