Rhett Braunschweig, Managing Director

Rhett Braunschweig joined Baird in 2007 and currently serves as a Managing Director on the firm’s Technology & Services Investment Banking team. Rhett has more than 12 years of experience advising corporate and private equity clients across a broad range of transactions, including sell- and buy-side mergers and acquisitions, private capital raises and public equity offerings totaling more than $10 billion in transaction value. 

Rhett earned an M.B.A. with distinction from the J.L. Kellogg School of Management at Northwestern University, where he was a Baird Scholar and a McGowan Fellow. He also holds a Bachelor of Business Administration degree in Finance, Investments & Banking and Economics from the University of Wisconsin – Madison.
