Philipp joined Baird in 2015 as an Analyst. Previously, he gained experience within Deloitte’s Investment Banking practice, Berenberg Bank and Kepler Chevreux. Philipp has advised many leadership teams, financial sponsors, public and private companies with a focus on the B2B Distribution sector. Philipp has extensive M&A and capital markets experience working globally with distribution clients across diverse end markets.

Philipp received a bachelor’s degree in international finance (HfWU) and earned a master’s degree in management with distinction from the University of Edinburgh, graduating first in class.
