Professional Experience & Education
Prior to joining Baird in 2004, Dan provided valuation and strategy consulting for the education sector at A.T. Kearney and led a portfolio company of EDS Ventures. Over the past 20+ years, he has worked with companies and nonprofits completing a variety of M&A, debt and equity capital raising and advisory transactions across the student lifecycle, from early education through corporate training.
Dan received an MBA from the Kellogg School of Management at Northwestern University and a bachelor’s degree in real estate and finance from the Stephen M. Ross School of Business at University of Michigan.
Outside the Office
Dan sits on the Financial Industry Regulatory Authority (FINRA) Series 79 committee that refines and monitors the securities licensing assessment. He is also involved with Chicago Botanic Garden and RUSH University Medical Center.
