Professional Experience & Education

Chase has more than 30 years of experience, including 25 years as an advisor to technology businesses and five years as CEO of a growth company.  Prior to joining Baird in 2015, Chase was a Partner and Managing Director with Signal Hill Capital Group, a boutique investment bank focused on growth companies that is now part of DC Advisory.  Prior to that, Chase was CEO of Atlantis LLC, a consumer home services company that he took from start-up to operations in eight states before successfully exiting the business.

Previously, Chase was the senior east coast software banker for Bear, Stearns & Co. in New York.  Chase began his career as a corporate and M&A attorney with the law firms of DLA Piper and Hogan Lovells.   

Outside the Office

Chase is active in his neighborhood civic association in Potomac, Maryland, and in his local Boy Scout troop with his son.
