Professional Experience & Education

Boris focuses on the Micro Mobility and Travel sectors and has significant experience advising clients on M&A transactions across Europe, including, the United Kingdom, Italy, Spain, the Nordics and the Netherlands. Prior to joining Baird in 2011, Boris started his career in the U.S. and worked in investment banking and private equity roles.

Boris received a bachelor’s degree in financial consulting from Southern Methodist University and an MBA degree from the University of Cambridge, both with honours.
