Professional Experience & Education
Ardis has partnered with publicly traded companies, private companies and private equity firms across a range of financial transactions including M&A, public debt and equity offerings and private placements. Representative transactions include the sale of Helix Traffic Solutions to Nonantum Capital Partners; the sale of RailWorks to Bernhard Capital Partners; the sale of Lone Star Disposal to Waste Connections; the sale of Frontier Waste to Concentric Equity Partners and Summer Street; and the acquisition of Curtis Bay Medical Waste Services by Aurora Capital Partners.
Prior to joining Baird in 2019, Ardis worked as a Vice President at Piper Jaffray. He also served as the Chief of Staff at Aeris, a telecommunications company. Prior to his operating experience, Ardis worked in the Investment Banking Groups of Baird and Houlihan Lokey.
Ardis received a bachelor’s degree in business and finance from the University of Southern California and an MBA from The Wharton School of the University of Pennsylvania.

Ardis serves on the boards of Horizons for Youth, a Chicago based non-profit, and The Frances Xavier Warde School.
