Professional Experience & Education

Alex has nearly 20 years of investment banking experience covering the IT Services market across the public and private sectors. Prior to joining Baird in 2018, Alex was a Senior Vice President in Houlihan Lokey’s investment banking division. Before joining Houlihan Lokey, Alex was an Assistant Vice President in BB&T Capital Markets’ investment banking division and spent several years at a boutique investment bank where he provided M&A advisory and valuation services to companies in the IT Services sector.

He received a bachelor’s degree in management and finance from the University of Miami.

Outside the Office

Alex is a Board Member of the Maryland Technology Council and an active member of the Northern Virginia Chamber of Commerce and the Association for Corporate Growth National Capital Region.
