Mike Lindemann is a Managing Director and Co-Head of Baird’s Global Industrial Investment Banking Group. He also serves as Co-Head of Baird Global M&A and Co-Chair of the firm’s M&A Fairness Opinion Committee. View our recent M&A and Industrial transactions.

Professional Experience & Education

Since joining Baird in 2003, Mike has completed over 150 M&A and corporate financing transactions. He has extensive experience leading public and private company transactions within a broad range of sectors. During 2007, Mike served in Baird’s London and Frankfurt offices as a member of Baird’s International M&A team.

Mike received a bachelor’s degree in economics from Bates College and an MBA with distinction from the Tuck School of Business at Dartmouth where he was an Edward Tuck Scholar.

Outside the Office

Mike is very active in the community, serving on the Board of Trustees of The University School of Milwaukee and the Board of Directors of the Milwaukee Winter Club and the Pettit National Ice Center
