David Koning is Baird’s Senior Research Analyst covering Financial Technology, Payments, and Services, as well as Associate Director of Research. Prior to joining Baird in 2002, he was an equity analyst at Holland Capital Management and a commercial lender and commercial credit analyst at Comerica Bank. David was ranked by TipRanks as No. 12 on the Top 25 Wall Street analysts of the decade list. He was ranked by TipRanks as No. 25 on the Top 100 Wall Street analysts of 2019 list. In 2016, he was ranked by Thomson Reuters Analyst Awards (StarMine) as the No. 2 earnings estimator in IT Services. David received a BA in Mathematics and Business from Calvin College and an MBA, with a concentration in Finance, from the University of Chicago.
