The Emerging Professionals group was created and designed specifically for our Fixed Income Capital Markets associates who are looking to advance in their careers. The group creates educational opportunities that support career and personal growth while fostering an environment for firmwide collaboration. Members of the group have access to networking opportunities, business-focused classes, talent development courses, and career pathing discussions with department associates and leadership.

Providing associates with a network of likeminded individuals that have a passion for what they do and ambition for personal and business growth, only makes us stronger as a team.

I strongly believe in our associates’ continued development as our associates are hugely important to our business and serving our clients.   As such we need to provide them with opportunities for growth and development. The Emerging Professionals Group serves as a great resource for that.
