Summary
OnProcess Technology, Inc. (“OnProcess”), a portfolio company of Narotam Sekhsaria Family Office (“NSFO”), has entered into a definitive agreement to be acquired by Accenture (NYSE: ACN). Terms of the transaction have not been disclosed. The transaction is subject to various regulatory approvals and customary closing conditions.
Baird served as the exclusive financial advisor to OnProcess Technology, Inc. on this transaction.
