Summary

Bain Capital Private Equity (“Bain Capital”) has acquired Harrington Process Solutions (“Harrington” or the “Company"), a portfolio company of Nautic Partners ("Nautic"). Harrington will continue to operate as a standalone company and be led by its current management team. Terms of the transaction were not disclosed. The transaction is subject to customary regulatory approvals and closing conditions.

Baird served as lead financial advisor to Bain Capital on this transaction.
