CNSI Sold to Carlyle
Summary
Client Network Services, Inc. (“CNSI” or the “Company”), a portfolio company of Alvarez & Marsal Capital Partners (“AMCP”), has agreed to be acquired by The Carlyle Group (“Carlyle”) (NASDAQ: CG). The transaction is subject to various regulatory approvals and customary closing conditions.
Baird served as exclusive financial advisor to CNSI on this transaction.
