Baird Capital portfolio company HRI Holdings, Inc. (HRI), a Utah-based leading franchiser of in-home consumer services in the United States and internationally, recently announced the acquisition of Delta Disaster Services – an established and innovative restoration concept that provides a full-service restoration solution to both its residential and commercial clients, covering damage from flood and water, smoke and fire, as well as mold and other environmental conditions.
