TK USA Enterprises, Inc. (“TKE” or “the Company”), a portfolio company of Harbour Group, was recently acquired by The Jordan Company. Terms of the transaction were not disclosed.

TKE is a leading provider of proprietary branded hardware and other complementary products for kitchen and bath applications. The Company offers a broad product portfolio, including decorative hardware, functional hardware, organizational products, bath hardware, vanities and decorative wood products under the Top Knobs, Hardware Resources, Jeffrey Alexander, Elements and Atlas Homewares brands. TKE primarily serves custom cabinet manufacturers, cabinet OEMs, kitchen cabinet dealers, showrooms and secondary retail through its network of direct sales representatives and independent sales agencies. TKE is headquartered in Dallas, Texas.

Harbour Group is a privately-owned operating company. Harbour Group and its companies are engaged in manufacturing, distribution and specialty services in multiple industries. Since its founding in 1976, Harbour Group has acquired and built 183 companies in 39 different industries. Harbour Group is based in St. Louis, Missouri.

The Jordan Company, founded in 1982, is a middle market private equity firm that manages funds with original capital commitments in excess of $8 billion with a 32-year track record of investing in and contributing to the growth of many businesses across a wide range of industries.
